What is Our Core Return Policy?
It depends on the transmission. (See product details). Purchasing one of our transmissions, you will be charged for the core during the initial transaction. We do not want to hold your money any longer than is absolutely necessary.
It is imperative we receive an identical rebuildable core in return for each transmission delivered.
You will receive a separate return bill of lading, shipping and packaging instructions for returning your core when you take delivery of your rebuilt unit.

DO I NEED TO SHIP MY CORE TO YOU?
It depends on the transmission. (See product details). A core charge is like a deposit. You pay it when you place the order and it's refunded if you send back your old part.

- Decide if the core deposit is worth the shipping cost. You are responsible for shipping the core back.
- Verify you core is complete. Your old part doesn't have to be working.

- The Torque Converter core must be returned with transmission to FV Automotive Inc. utilizing the supplied converter bracket from the new unit
- Place the core on the same pallet which your new unit came and secure the core with the straps.

PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE PACKAGING WHEN RECEIVING YOUR TRANSMISSION PRODUCT(S).
Shipping are insured; therefore claims for damage must be made with the freight company. Please Never sing for damaged product without notating it on the shipping paperwork. Do not return the merchandise to FV Automotive Inc. unless prior arrangements have been made. Products returned freight collect will be refused and returned at client's expense.
Why do you offer free shipping?
We want the buying process to be as simple as possible. You only need to worry about one price.
Do you ship to residential addresses?
Yes. However, our free shipping offer is only available to commercial addresses. If you would like your transmission shipped to a residential address, contact us first.
I don't have Shipping Commercial Address
If you do not have a business address we can ship to your nearest freight depot and you can pick up your order there.
I don't have a forklift available or other means to unload the transmission
If you do not have a fork lift available or other means to unload the transmission please add $149.00 during check out and this will schedule lift gate service at delivery to remove the transmission from the delivery truck.
How fast do you ship?
Once payment is cleared, we ship within 2 business days. We work with many different freight companies to get your transmission to you fast.

We are happy to ship any of our items internationally. Please inquire for Alaska, Hawaii, PO BOX, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, APO/FPO or other international shipments for shipping rates as they may be higher. Please contact us before you buy to give you a shipping quote.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
All items will have 15% restock fee plus the cost of shipping imposed upon us to return the item to our location. If canceled after they are shipped. This is for item have not been installed. If it has been installed it may not be returnable at all. In this instance you would need to contact the customer service to discuss this in advance before returning any items.
